Senior Technical Project Manager

New Balance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive business outcomes and organizational strategy. You will manage multiple concurrent projects using Agile, hybrid, or traditional methodologies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, scope, and budget. This role also contributes to PMO standards and mentors other project managers.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects
• Manage project RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
• Facilitate project governance and status reporting
• Partner with business, product, engineering, and technology teams
• Improve project delivery processes and tooling
• Mentor and coach other project managers
