Technical Program Manager

O.C. Tanner is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their Agile Portfolio Office Team in Salt Lake City. This hybrid role involves driving the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. You will manage project teams, identify process improvements, and serve as a key liaison across the Technology Department.

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional technology projects
• Ensure project alignment with corporate strategy and business outcomes
• Manage project teams, identify process gaps, and implement improvements
• Serve as connective tissue across the Technology Department for successful program outcomes
• Partner with business owners, vendors, and technical teams for alignment
• Manage project risks, issues, and blockers, escalating as needed
