Senior Product Manager - Patient Safety Pharmacovigilance

Takeda is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute technology solutions for global Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance (PSPV). You will act as the system owner for clinical safety and PV systems, overseeing operations, upgrades, and AI/ML implementations to enhance safety operations and ensure compliance.

• Define and execute vision, strategy, and delivery of technology solutions for PSPV
• Act as system owner for clinical safety and PV systems
• Oversee end-to-end operations, upgrades, and AI/ML implementations
• Own a portfolio of platforms and products (Argus, Veeva, Empirica)
• Drive innovation to accelerate safety submissions and ensure compliance
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, business analysts, and technical leads
