Senior Product Manager

Jonas Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and performance of their CoreRespond and CoreRelate Cloud products. This role involves driving innovation through customer insights, AI, and automation to deliver value to law firms and legal professionals, ensuring sustainable revenue growth. You will act as a customer advocate and business strategist, collaborating with R&D, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to create intelligent, scalable, and profitable solutions.

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation in workflows
• Develop pricing and packaging strategies
• Conduct market analysis and build business cases
• Lead customer research and translate insights into features
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and manage backlog
