Sr. Director, Technical Program Management

Lead the strategic roadmap for enterprise platforms, driving modernization and scalability to enhance customer experiences. You will also play a key role in scaling the Technical Program Management discipline across the organization, leveraging your expertise to mentor teams and influence technology strategy.

• Drive end-to-end strategic roadmap for enterprise platforms
• Own executive communications on delivery status and program risk
• Establish and scale TPM best practices and governance frameworks
• Influence investment prioritization for long-term agility and efficiency
• Mentor and develop TPM leaders and foster a high-performance culture
