Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager at RTX BBN Technologies, you will lead high-visibility programs in physical sciences and systems, focusing on planning, team oversight, and process improvement. You will analyze requirements, manage risks, and coordinate with functional leads to ensure successful project execution and support new business capture. This role requires a self-starter with expertise in technical program management and configuration management, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Analyze and produce actionable execution plans for contractual requirements
• Identify and actively manage project risks
• Produce detailed status reports for internal and external customers
• Champion process improvement activities and configuration management
• Utilize planning, collaboration, and tracking tools like Jira and Confluence
• Support proposal efforts including strategy development and cost estimation

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
