Senior Product Manager - Technical

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join their AI & Decision Product Enablement team in Dublin. You will be responsible for developing new capabilities for the Decision Management Platform, which supports fraud prevention and identity verification solutions. This role involves translating business objectives into technical requirements and driving the end-to-end delivery of scalable software solutions.

• Own and drive end-to-end product capability delivery across multiple engineering teams
• Partner with Product Managers, TPMs, Architects, and Engineering Leads to define vision, roadmap, and technical requirements
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements into features, epics, and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
• Support day-to-day product execution including backlog management, prioritization, and release planning
• Mentor Product Managers and Business Analysts on best practices
