Technical Program Manager, Strategy

Simplesense is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the strategy and execution of their Installation Resilience Platform. This role involves managing cross-functional initiatives, funded proposals, and R&D efforts, ensuring the platform remains resilient, secure, and mission-ready. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, Security, and User Success teams to achieve strategic goals.

• Manage cross-functional initiatives, funded proposals, and R&D
• Define scope and draft initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
• Support sales motions and track projects to completion
• Identify and manage program-level risks
• Orchestrate program ceremonies for dependency resolution
• Provide weekly sales pipeline forecasts and customer updates

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
