About this role

Lead the product strategy and vision for machine systems at Caterpillar Trimble Control Technologies (CTCT), a joint venture focused on positioning, control, and automation for heavy machinery. You will translate company strategy into product team goals, gather customer insights, and manage the product backlog to deliver innovative solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

Define product strategy and roadmap for positioning and controls solutions
Translate customer needs into product requirements and user stories
Manage and prioritize the product backlog for development teams
Collaborate with UX/Design for solution validation and user experience
Ensure product quality and efficient delivery through backlog readiness and minimal scope changes
Partner with Product Manager and Development Teams for successful execution
