Software program manager

Lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives from concept to delivery at a global semiconductor foundry. This role requires strong program execution, technical fluency, and the ability to drive alignment across diverse engineering, product, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex software programs
• Collaborate with product management and technology teams on requirements
• Build and manage detailed program plans, including schedules and risks
• Identify and mitigate program risks and bottlenecks
• Provide clear status updates and drive executive-level reviews
