Senior Design Program Manager

Fox Corporation is seeking a Senior Design Program Manager to be the operational backbone and advocate for their direct-to-consumer platform team. This role involves owning design work planning, staffing, sequencing, and delivery across multiple product surfaces and brands, reporting to the Head of Design. You will collaborate closely with product management and senior leadership to ensure design's time, capacity, and quality are represented and defended.

• Owns design team capacity planning and forecasting across multiple product surfaces
• Leads end-to-end design intake process, evaluating requests and prioritizing work
• Partners with Product and Engineering to sequence design work and negotiate timelines
• Represents Design in roadmap planning, advocating for realistic delivery plans
• Owns operational execution of design delivery, including status reporting and risk management
• Builds and optimizes design operations processes, documentation, and workflows
