Product Management Manager

TJX is seeking an experienced Product Management Manager to lead the Global Site Solutions team in modernizing applications supporting real estate and store planning. This role involves defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of products to meet customer needs and drive business value.

• Define and support the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products
• Lead cross-functionality to deliver high-quality products
• Own the feature product backlog and serve as the ultimate product authority
• Craft and deliver the Product roadmap in partnership with stakeholders
• Practice consultative partnership to analyze customer feedback and prioritize features
• Mentor and develop a team of skilled product owners
