About this role
As a Program Manager at Bank of America, you will lead critical corporate change initiatives that reshape how the bank operates, delivers products, and executes functions. You will be the main point of contact for department managers, influencing and negotiating to secure resources and ensure program success. This role involves defining program controls, monitoring execution, analyzing risks, and delivering executive-level reporting to align with strategic goals.
What we are looking for
6- Oversee corporate change initiatives impacting bank operations and service delivery
- Serve as primary contact for department managers on critical change programs
- Define program controls, processes, and governance structures
- Monitor program execution, analyze risks, and report to stakeholders
- 7+ years of End-to-End Project Management experience
- Experience with SAFe, Agile Planning, and ITGPST Applications
