Program Project Manager

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Program Project Manager to provide strategic support for high-priority initiatives, including OKR and Conservation Portfolio Management. This role involves structuring ambiguous work, aligning stakeholders, and translating strategy into executable plans for complex, cross-functional projects. You will develop and improve project management systems, tools, and processes to enhance transparency and decision-making.
