Associate Product Manager

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the strategy and execution of our digital shopping experience. This hands-on role involves managing backlogs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to AI-assisted features and search functionalities. You will work closely with a senior PM and delivery teams to enhance our online offerings and drive data-informed product decisions.

• Support delivery execution for AI-assisted experiences, search, and product enhancements
• Own backlog management including user story creation and sprint prioritization
• Coordinate with engineering, UX, analytics, and external partners
• Facilitate clear cross-functional communication and stakeholder updates
• 3-5 years of digital/eCommerce product management experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies and strong organizational skills
