Director of Product Management

Autodesk is seeking a Director of Product for Design Apps to lead product strategy and execution for their industry cloud platform, Forma. This role involves managing a portfolio of design-phase applications, coaching a team of Product Managers and cross-functional triads, and driving alignment across various departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in product leadership at scale, a strong understanding of platform thinking, and a background in AEC or a related field.

• Lead the Design Apps portfolio strategy and execution
• Manage and coach a team of 4-5 Product Managers and their triads
• Shape team design, including squad boundaries and ownership
• Drive cross-organization alignment with Engineering, Design, and other departments
• Deliver key outcomes such as user growth, retention, and revenue
• Engage substantively with technical direction and product decisions
