Ames Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large and complex heavy civil and industrial construction projects from pursuit to close-out. This role involves ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental plans, managing project schedules and budgets, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Lead and enforce adherence to contract, safety, quality, and environmental plans
• Manage project estimates, schedules, and budgets
• Oversee construction work plans and procurement
• Prepare and negotiate change orders and claims
• Maintain relationships with team members, clients, and subcontractors
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lead career development
