Staff, Product Manager

As a Staff Product Manager at Walmart, you will drive the strategy and execution for complex product areas related to driver offers, matching algorithms, and incentives for our international markets. You will own end-to-end outcomes, bridging deep customer and technical understanding with mature product leadership, and influencing product direction without direct reports. • Define and own multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex international products
• Drive product execution from discovery through value realization, coordinating across functions
• Leverage data analytics and experimentation to validate assumptions and inform product direction
• Build deep understanding of customer and business needs using data and design thinking
• Influence technical direction and identify innovation opportunities with Engineering partners
• Mentor less experienced PMs and elevate the product management discipline
