Lead the product strategy and execution for AT&T's in-home internet experience, focusing on roadmap development, customer journey optimization, and profitability. This role drives the end-to-end lifecycle of internet products, from installation to retention, ensuring a simple, reliable, and differentiated offering.

• Own and evolve the in-home internet product roadmap
• Identify market and customer experience opportunities
• Lead convergence strategy across Fiber, Air, and Mobility
• Manage migration, mover, retention, and technology-stack transitions
• Drive product enablement for speed tiers and features
• Lead the Customer Self Install Center of Excellence
