About this role

Manage the end-to-end delivery of GenAI assistants, agents, Custom GPTs, RAG solutions, AI-enabled applications, and automation initiatives. This role involves coordinating with product owners, engineers, data teams, and other stakeholders across geographically distributed teams in Portugal, the US, and India. You will be responsible for delivery planning, Agile execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes.

Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans
Coordinate delivery across product owners, engineers, and platform teams
Lead Agile and Scaled Agile execution activities
