About this role

Leidos is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in developing advanced air traffic management software solutions for the UK's NATS program. You will provide technical and program leadership across the engineering lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet program requirements, schedule, and quality standards while collaborating with stakeholders.

Lead engineering teams across the full lifecycle for advanced air traffic management software
Manage technical execution, risks, and quality against program objectives
Coordinate software, systems, integration, test, and deployment activities
Partner with program leadership, customers, and stakeholders
Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and Agile methodologies
Experience with complex, mission-critical software or aviation systems is highly desirable
