You will partner with cross-functional leaders to enhance customer and banker experiences and deliver scalable solutions that support portfolio growth while maintaining strong credit quality and regulatory compliance.

Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap for business banking commercial real estate lending products
Optimize customer experiences across account origination, servicing, and ongoing management
Develop and execute acquisition and growth strategies
Design and implement customer management programs to improve retention and profitability
Partner with Technology teams on system roadmaps and modernization initiatives
Manage regulatory, compliance, and operational risks
