Sr. Project & Program Manager

Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Project & Program Manager to join their Ads Product Marketing Strategy & Ops team. This role will build and manage systems to capture, synthesize, and activate field intelligence, shaping product strategy and go-to-market efforts. You will partner with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure seller and advertiser feedback influences product development.

• Own Voice of Sales program end-to-end
• Build and manage Voice of Customer infrastructure
• Translate field and customer insights into actionable outputs
• Close the feedback loop with Sales
• Design and build internal tools with AI-assisted workflows
• 8+ years of experience in program management or product marketing operations
