Product Manager

ROCKWOOL Group is seeking a Product Manager in Roermond to own product portfolios throughout their lifecycle. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial drive, and market insight to develop strategies, launch new products, and manage portfolio performance.

• Own product portfolio lifecycle from launch to retirement
• Develop segment strategies based on market potential, customer dynamics, and trends
• Drive new product development and launch, coordinating with Group
• Define product positioning, value proposition, and pricing strategies
• Gather market and customer insights to inform product improvements
• Collaborate with marketing and sales departments
