(USA) Staff, Product Manager

As a Staff Product Manager, you will define and drive the strategy and execution for complex products, from initial discovery through to value realization. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and technical capabilities, strong leadership to influence cross-functional teams, and ownership of multi-quarter product roadmaps. You will leverage data to make informed decisions, identify new technology opportunities, and mentor other product managers to elevate our practices.

• Lead strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes
• Build deep customer and business understanding using data analysis
• Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners
• Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to optimize product performance
• Mentor product managers and promote rigorous discovery and launch readiness practices
