Senior Project Management Analyst

Target is seeking a Senior Project Management Analyst to lead complex social creative projects across organic, paid, and affiliate marketing. This role involves translating business priorities into clear plans, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment between US partners and India-based teams. The analyst will leverage insights into social platforms and audience behavior to guide creative development and drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

• Own end-to-end project management for social creative across organic, paid, and affiliate marketing
• Translate business and channel priorities into clear plans and drive work from brief through execution
• Act as key point of contact between Target US partners and Target in India cross-functional teams
• Lead project planning, timelines, actions, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Own resource planning and creative casting in partnership with appropriate teams
• Lead continuous improvement of creative project management processes and workflows
