VP, Product – Business Applications

Universal Music Group is seeking a VP of Product to lead their Business Applications product organization, reporting to the Chief Data Officer. This role will transform enterprise data into AI-enabled software experiences, overseeing product leaders and establishing a modern product operating model. The immediate priority is leading the development and launch of an artist application focused on data and audience development tools.

• Build and lead a high-performing organization of Product Managers and Product Leaders
• Own the long-term strategy and roadmap for UMG's portfolio of internal business applications
• Lead the strategy and execution of Halo, UMG's flagship application for artist teams
• Help redefine how products are built at UMG by embedding AI throughout the product development lifecycle
• Define success metrics across the application portfolio, measuring business impact, adoption, and operational efficiency
• 10+ years of product management experience leading complex software products or enterprise applications
