Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager for Commercial Issuing, you will own the end-to-end strategy, commercial performance, and customer value proposition for our commercial payment products. You will translate business and customer needs into viable product propositions, develop business cases and roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. This role requires a commercially minded product leader with deep knowledge of the commercial card and business payments ecosystem.

• End-to-end product ownership from opportunity identification to retirement
• Develop product vision, requirements, business cases, and roadmaps
• Manage product P&L, revenue, costs, and profitability
• Define and manage commercial issuing propositions for business clients
• Drive product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• Accountable for product validation, delivery, and post-launch performance
