Project Manager

Clark is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the Owner's Representative, overseeing projects from concept through closeout. You will manage the client relationship, ensuring alignment between the owner's vision, budget, and schedule with the design team, contractors, and vendors.

• Act as Owner's Representative and client liaison
• Lead project development from feasibility to occupancy
• Manage master budget and schedule, monitoring costs
• Oversee consultant and contractor procurement and management
• Identify and resolve design and construction disputes
• Prepare executive-level status reports
