Manage construction projects and tenant improvements at client sites, coordinating with property management, clients, and external teams. Responsibilities include budget and timeline management, report preparation, consultant selection, and invoice review.

• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Prepare project reports and drawing reviews
• Select and oversee consultants and construction teams
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices
• Support marketing of services
• Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies
