Project Controls Lead (Design & Construction)

Anduril Industries seeks a Project Controls Lead to manage financial aspects of design and construction projects. This role involves establishing cost structures, implementing forecasting best practices, and collaborating with finance teams for reporting. You will also oversee change order management, develop project approval processes, and manage project reporting and invoice processing.

• Establish cost category structure and WBS for construction projects
• Implement best practices for cost forecasting and train Construction PMs
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance for portfolio-wide capex reporting
• Oversee change order management using a Quantity Surveyor approach
• Design and implement project approval processes (scope, cost, schedule)
• Develop templatized financial reporting materials and establish KPIs
