About this role
Manage the end-to-end client onboarding and implementation process for Monevo UK, ensuring timely launches, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. Coordinate across Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client teams to remove barriers and improve processes. This hybrid role involves direct line management of a Product Operations Analyst.
What we are looking for

- Act as primary delivery lead between clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain clear implementation plans
- Identify and remove implementation barriers
- Monitor onboarding performance and produce reports
