Project Manager, New Product Launch

Sol de Janeiro is seeking a Project Manager to lead new product launch commercialization governance and cross-functional orchestration from concept to readiness. This role will integrate teams across product, engineering, marketing, and supply chain to manage timelines, milestones, and decision-making for global product launches.

• Lead enterprise commercialization governance and cross-functional orchestration for new product launches
• Manage integrated commercialization timelines and stage gate processes
• Drive timely resolution of cross-functional issues and manage launch risks
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Packaging Engineering, Regulatory, and regional teams
• Partner with Supply Planning Launch Specialists for operational readiness
• Establish and maintain launch cost assumptions
