Program Manager, PMO and Change Lead

Lead program management, PMO, and change initiatives for a major Caterpillar facilities project. You will be responsible for schedule management, project controls, contractor coordination, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring successful execution of complex programs and workplace transitions.

• Manage schedules, milestones, and program deliverables
• Develop and maintain project controls and reporting tools
• Coordinate employee relocation and occupancy planning
• Partner with cross-functional leaders on organizational readiness
• Support compliance with company processes and safety standards
• Drive accountability and issue resolution across stakeholder groups
