About this role

Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Product Manager to modernize lot operations and transform vehicle movement across their auction network. You will lead discovery, shape strategy, and build products to reduce costs and improve efficiency, mentoring other product managers along the way.

What we are looking for

Own product areas in Lot Operations Modernization
Lead end-to-end discovery and translate validated problems into specifications
Define roadmaps, build business cases, and monitor KPIs
Partner with engineering, UX, and data leads to prototype and validate solutions
Mentor other Product Managers and potentially manage direct reports
Champion AI-accelerated discovery and adoption
