Lead Product Manager - Technical

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Technical to evolve their technology cost transparency and investment management platform (COSI). You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business stakeholders to define requirements, manage priorities, and deliver new capabilities that improve visibility into technology investments and operational efficiency. This hybrid role is based in New York City.

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for the COSI platform
• Own product discovery, requirements gathering, and backlog management
• Translate business and financial requirements into user stories
• Drive delivery of capabilities for cost transparency and capacity management
• Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success teams
• Monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities
