About this role

Q2 is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and user experience for our developer platform. This critical role involves overseeing our public APIs, SDKs, developer portal, and marketplace, enabling internal teams, partners, and customers to build and integrate with Q2's solutions. You will champion the developer experience end-to-end and collaborate across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure a cohesive and powerful platform.

What we are looking for

Define and execute product strategy for Q2's developer platform (APIs, SDKs, developer portal, marketplace)
Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers
Set platform investment priorities and ensure alignment with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across engineering, design, legal, risk, and GTM
Own budget, resourcing, and investment decisions for the developer platform function
Represent Q2 externally on platform and open-banking strategy
