Distinguished, Technical Program Manager

As a Distinguished Technical Program Manager at Walmart, you will lead complex, large-scale, multi-year technical initiatives across dozens of organizations. You will define program goals, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive clarity in ambiguous environments, mentoring teams on best practices and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-wide projects.

• Lead strategy, planning, and end-to-end delivery of company-wide technical initiatives
• Partner with Senior Engineers and Architects to shape technical strategy and ensure high availability
• Take ownership of highly ambiguous '0 to 1' initiatives with no precedent
• Identify and dismantle organizational silos and systemic friction points
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and board members
• Champion the TPM discipline and mentor teams on best practices
