About this role

Redfin is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead security, compliance, and reliability programs across their engineering organization. You will own projects impacting all of engineering, including security initiatives, infrastructure reliability, and compliance programs, working closely with various engineering teams to drive execution and improve operating mechanisms.

Own quarterly planning, roadmap development, and program execution
Partner with Compute, Database, Streaming, Networking, and Cloud Governance teams
Partner with the security team to define and roll out security, risk, and compliance programs
Establish clear visibility into commitments, progress, risks, and tradeoffs
Improve operating mechanisms and cross-functional coordination
7+ years of technical program management experience
