Construction Project Manager II

AMH is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to oversee the full lifecycle of assigned construction projects, from pre-development strategy to project closeout. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and trade partners, managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring quality control, and leading on-site activities to maintain compliance and project specifications.

• Develop and implement product improvement standard operating procedures
• Manage entire lifecycle of assigned construction projects
• Oversee pre-development strategy, costing, and schedules
• Coordinate departments, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Ensure work proceeds as specified, on budget, and on schedule
• Perform on-site activities, quality control reviews, and final walk-through inspections
