Lead Product Manager (MLAW)

GovTech is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive product vision and strategy for Singapore's Smart Nation initiatives. This role involves leading a team of product managers, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex tech products for public good.

• Drive product vision and strategy, defining and tracking success metrics
• Lead data-driven product discovery through user research and data analysis
• Translate complex domain requirements into clear product specifications
• Execute with speed and quality, partnering with engineering and design teams
• Guide technical and architectural decision-making, championing responsible AI use
