Product Manager - Senior Manager Product Support

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Manager Product Support to own the deployment, education, and documentation for their Health and Welfare benefits administration product. This role involves collaborating with product and client teams, developing reporting, and leveraging AI and automation to enhance support processes and knowledge management. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker who can drive strategic transformation and operational execution within the product support organization.

• Own deployment, education, and documentation for H&W benefits administration product
• Develop reporting to monitor product health and provide feedback to product roadmap
• Leverage AI and automation to improve support processes and knowledge frameworks
• Partner with Product Management, Development, Operations, and Client Services
• Drive product feedback discussions and recommendations from clients and associates
• Establish a trusted knowledge foundation using data models and knowledge graphs
