About this role

Blue Origin is seeking a Sr. Director, Operations Program Manager to lead and scale critical operations functions for the ambitious TeraWave satellite manufacturing program. You will own the operational execution strategy, drive subassembly performance, and elevate production scheduling and configuration management to ensure on-time, high-rate production from NPI through volume manufacturing.

Lead operational execution and program management for TeraWave satellite manufacturing
Own and shape operations program execution strategy from NPI to high-rate production
Drive subassembly operations performance, including planning, BOM, and material management
Lead and elevate the production scheduling function, ensuring schedule integrity
Own configuration management processes for product and component traceability
Develop and implement risk identification and mitigation strategies
