Principal Product Manager

GE HealthCare is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead their CareIntellect for Operations solution. This role involves owning the product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap to execution and performance, focusing on improving hospital patient flow and capacity. You will collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, and cross-functional teams including data science and engineering.

• Own product strategy, roadmap, customer discovery, requirements, and execution
• Manage existing capabilities and identify new growth opportunities
• Guide concepts from discovery through MVP, launch, and measurement
• Partner with engineering, data science, UX, sales, and marketing
• Develop deep understanding of hospital operations and customer needs
• Build business cases and validate product concepts
