Product Operations Associate / Product Marketing Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Portfolio Operations Associate to support product management by translating strategy into actionable tools and processes. This role will coordinate product lifecycle activities, support commercial teams, manage portfolio requests, and drive successful product launches through cross-functional collaboration.

• Coordinate product lifecycle activities including NPIs, updates, and discontinuations
• Develop sales tools, training materials, and commercial enablement content
• Support channel partner programs and communications
• Manage product launch execution and gather feedback
• Aggregate market, customer, and competitive insights
• Develop SOPs and improve operational efficiency
