Program & Project Management, Senior Lead

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and new product launches within their Customer Success organization. This role involves end-to-end program ownership, ensuring collaboration, execution, and communication with executives and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will understand business strategy, customer experience, and the impact of technology and process changes.

• Drive strategic development of large-scale, cross-organizational programs
• Bridge the gap between business strategy and cross-functional teams
• Build cross-functional relationships and drive alignment
• Influence technology and process building aligned to Customer Success strategies
• Develop program approach and lead to successful delivery
• Manage program plans and launch activities through a formal stage gate process
