• Define program scope, deliverables, governance, timelines, and success metrics
• Partner with leaders to develop and implement innovative business solutions
• Establish and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans
• Develop reporting frameworks for portfolio health and financial performance
