About this role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the definition and lifecycle management of innovative multi-die and system-in-package semiconductor products. You will translate market insights and customer needs into product roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions from concept to mass production.

- Define product roadmaps for multi-die and SiP semiconductor products
- Lead system-level product definition across MCU, power, and memory functions
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through mass production
- Collaborate with R&D, packaging, operations, and supply chain partners
- Analyze market trends and customer needs for integrated semiconductor solutions
- Minimum 8 years of semiconductor product management or related experience
