Manager, Product Management

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead strategic initiatives within their Blockchain and Digital Assets group. This role focuses on enabling seamless movement between digital assets and traditional fiat systems, particularly in card issuance, acceptance, and Web3-enabled flows. You will contribute to scaling global programs, expanding use cases, and driving measurable business outcomes in the evolving digital payments ecosystem.

• Lead product management for crypto flows, focusing on card issuance and acceptance
• Drive strategic initiatives for new segments like Prediction Markets and Tokenized Securities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and risk teams
• Enhance network capabilities for digital asset transactions
• Prior experience in payments, fintech, or digital assets required
• Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 use cases
