Kailera is seeking an Associate Director/Director of Program Management to lead cross-functional teams in planning, preparing, and delivering compliant marketing authorization filings for novel therapies. This role involves overseeing project plans, identifying risks, and ensuring timely completion of drug development projects, particularly initial marketing authorization applications.

• Lead regional and global cross-functional teams in planning and delivery of marketing authorization filings
• Oversee development and execution of project plans from initiation to completion
